Good afternoon,

I had a bad bad accident with my new board. I am sure of it, the board is fried. I was making sure that the connection was seated well on the board and unknowing to me the injector wire on the pixels that I had bought was stripped back ever so slightly. When I did that it touched the lower half of the fuse on port two. The board shut off and will not power back on. The only thing that lights up is three of the ports. Port two does have a blown fuse. It got the whole board. What should I do? I can only imagine that David is crazy busy getting orders out, but I was so hoping to do a light show this year. Not a big one but something and every hour that passes my hopes get dimmer and dimmer. I learn my lesson the hard way this time. I'll never reach in the box while it has power to it ever again. If anyone can help me with a small Christmas Miracle that would be wonderful. Thanks again.

This does not help your current situation, but if you put ferrules on connections, it will help avoid similar problems.  Here is a useful thread over on the LOR forum that gives recommendations:

https://forums.lightorama.com/topic/41619-use-a-ferrule-save-a-board-low-voltage-rgbpixels/

You can read that without a LOR Forum log in.
Using LOR (mostly SuperStar) for all sequencing - using FPP only to drive P5 and P10 panels.
