I am getting an Abnormal Conditions Error Can Not Parse /home/fpp/media/config/co-universes.json.  This also seems to delete all my OUTPUT settings after a few minutes.
I've set Logging to INFO. I've downloaded and installed several versions of FPP - now I'm using FPP 8.5.1.  I've also installed different versions on two different Falcon Pi's.
I've used FPP controllers for the last 7 years without any of these problems.

If anyone knows how to help me with this I'd appreciate it!!
Thanks  Don

post your co-universes.json file. sounds like it is corrupted.

Are you manually configuring or using an automatic process?

Where are you seeing this error message?

Is this device outputting E1.31/DDP data to other devices?

This is an expected error if the device does not have any outputs defined and is just a warning, not an error. If this device is not expected to send E1.31/DDP data to other devices, then nothing to worry about.
If to err is human, I am more human than most people.

Poporacer - the pi is not connected to any output devices yet - the pi is sitting on a bench by itself.  I have been building the channel outputs setup (on the input/ouputs page) as I've done for many years prior to testing it out on actual outputs. My issue is that the channel info stays for awhile after I've quite inputting the info and then disappears and the error message appears.  So the error message is not the big problem - the loss of output configuration is.

MikeKrebs - I'm sorry, but I haven't figured out how to send you a copy of the co-universes file.  My limited understanding of commands is the major hold up.

Thanks again -

Well after much hassle and some prayer - I upgraded one more time to v8.5.1-15 this morning and after some continued messing around it now seems to work.  I've added all the output instructions and they seem to be staying and the Abnormal Error message is gone.  I'm feeling a little unsure that it'll continue to work correctly, but it's working good right now.

Thanks to you guys for trying to lend a hand.
