Im fed up with this stuff. I have a Raspberry Pi 4, i cant figure out how to get it working. Ive downloaded FPP, my computer keeps asking what program to use to open it. I need help.

Still no help. Ive got over $15K tied up into my lights, equipment, etc. Every step has been a pain in the rear. Nothing has been easy. Im past the point of giving up.

Where are you located?  Besides answering that question add the info to your forum profile.  Hopefully someone near you can give you a boost.

Have you visited the zoom room?

The response's sent are on point. We understand the frustration and have all been there.
Relax, take a deep breath, and follow along.

Once you completed the install of FPP on the SD Card and placed it into the Pi, What did you do next?
Does the Pi have a screen on it? If not, if you have a spare monitor, plug it into the Pi's HDMI port. It will tell you the status of the Pi and its' IP Address.

The easiest method is to put a cat 5 cable into the pi AND back to your HOUSE router - not your desktop, not your laptop.
goto fpp.local in your browser. This video shows quickly the next steps..
