Renard ss24 Ac controller

I got my renard setup and finally got it to work but it still doesn't work all the time. Sometimes it says in xlights cannot open com1? Tonight was my first night to have everything hooked up and got that error but everything worked but 1 channel. Anyone have an idea why?

Renard is running DMX firmware and set as open DMX in xlights.

Ok new development. The channel comes on dim when set to dim and with constant on all channels flicker after a bit then constant in a cycle.
