DIY voucher request

I am working on a new process which should make it a lot simpler and eliminate the need for emails.  We have had several instances where the emails were lost due to spam filters and I had to resend the as a new email to get past the spam checking.  The new process would also make it easier for any one of a group of us to approve the request.  It should also improve response time since it should allow approval right from a mobile device.  I hope to have that in place soon.  The developers are having a zoom meeting tomorrow actually and I was going to discuss it there.

Sent request start of July and now again at the end of July, never get a ack on the request

Just keep emailing and try emailing from another email account.
Not your fault this licencing ordeal is causing headache.
