Reversed polarity on k16, do I need to replace?

I am working on my controller box for this year and replaced a power supply and realized on the left side of my k16 I reversed the polarity of my power input.  The k16 still booting up and appears to work just fine but now I'm having odd issues getting it to recognize my external sound board and wifi adapter.

Did I burn up something on the beagle bone or k16?

Reversing the polarity on the left side is usually not a huge deal, reversing the polarity on the right side is the bigger problem.   Since the grounds are tied on the board, when you reverse the left, the pixels in the left bank end up with a -5/-12V which would blow them, but the K16 itself is usually OK as there isn't really anything connected to the V+ of the left side.   The only thing connected is the Beagles A2D pin for the voltage reading so you may have burned that out, but that usually just results in the one pin (or possible all the A2D pins) not working correctly.
