FPP 6.2 Video Issue

Hi Everyone, 

I hope you can provide some guidance.  I have a pi zero w (It's was all that was available).  I have fpp 6.2 running and have uploaded some video.  My goal is to sequence multiple projectors on a schedule to tell a story or to use node red and external sensors to turn the video on and play a sequence. I had no luck at Halloween so had to go old school and produce all of the movies and start all 4 projectors within 1 minute of each other. I'm giving it another go. I have a projection mapped head of Jack Skellington along with some 3d printed components. I have some standby behaviors and once an hour I'd like him to sing what's this. FPP plays through the first playlist fine.  The second time around the audio track from the video plays but the hdmi output shuts off.  I have been unable to figure out a work around.  Since the audio is playing i'm assuming the video is playing since there is no independent audio track and the audio and video output are both configured to use the hdmi port.  Any suggestions ?

ps.. I also tried this with a crystal ball for Halloween and had the same results.
