BBB running 3-4 seconds ahead

Ok I have a master PI, plus a remote PI, remote pocket beagle(Kd40) and remote beaglebone black which runs some P10 panels. My question is when I watch the sequences I can see that my P10s are out of sync. And when I look at the multi sync page on the master PI I can see that the BBB is ahead on time. How do I fix this?  Running FPP 6.2 on all.

GUESSING:  Are you using the same file name, but a different sequence for your BBB.  Check the speed of your files.  One sequenced say 50ms cannot be paired with one at a different speed.

No the fseq files are the same on all FPP devices. 
I have 10 songs and the BBB is 3-4 seconds ahead on all of them, even the ones that worked fine last year. And it also shows that's it's ahead on the multi sync page, which I don't understand.

Nope, still there, you need to set the IU level to advanced to get to it.

Can you post a screenshot of that?

you nailed it. I have no clue how it was set to 3000ms since I never messed with it, but it was. Thanks alot
