3-pin UART on K4-PB

The specification indicates that there is a 3-pin UART header on the board.  I assume it's the J2 header.  How would one create a patch cable to go from the header to a RJ-45 jack to run a Renard device off that header?  Would it simply be the wiring used for a RS232 to RS485 converter like the one found at this wiki: https://www.doityourselfchristmas.com/wiki/index.php?title=File:Wiki_-_RS485_to_Renard_Connection.jpg

I'm not sure I'm understanding the question because it looks pretty straight-forward to me.  I don't use any Renard so I can't confirm it, but I think its as simple as this

I haven't used Renard yet, either, but my wife liked the dumb LEDs I added this year, so I'm adding a couple Renards to the show to run the dumb stuff.  What you posted is exactly what I'm looking for confirmation on—that the wiring diagram you posted is the correct wiring from the K8 three pin header to an RJ-45 jack.
