4-string differential smart receiver board (Blue 2.01) port 3 data issue

I have used the diff receivers for about 3 years now.  Ordered two new Blue 2.01 receivers and the worked initially.  On both new receivers here is the scenarios. (Note: have 4 white board receivers and they work flawlessly).

1) Ports 1,2 and 4 work fine no issue
2) I have one set to A(#1) and the other set to B(#2) going to a F16V3 expansion board
3) Port 3 on both receivers has a data issue.  I connect anything to it and the pixels blink wildly and look like data is not getting to them.
4) If I use test mode on the board all 4 ports work as they should.
5) Both boards worked initially but shortly after using port 3, they had same issue.  And all other ports work perfectly.

Any input would be helpful, all cables and pins on all connections have been checked multiple times and Cat 5 cable swapped multiple times. Tried data booster as well with no change.  TIA.

Okay so I am the dummy.  It was the cat 5 cable from the expansion board.  The two pins for port 3 are in the middle and when I pressed it in it worked.  Replaced cable again and all is working!!!!
