Trying to setup Pi with rpi-28D+ PiCap.
Pointing my browser to 192.168.254.132 gives me a "Status" page.  I haven't completed a SETUP yet??
How do I get the "Initial Setup" menu..??

What version of FPP?
Is this a fresh image? Or an upgrade?

The Initial Setup isn't mandatory, it is just a shortcut to some of the more common configuration settings so that you don't have to go through multiple tabs.

Evidently for some reason the 5.5 image was packaged up without setting some settings to the default state.  The initialSetup page, the timezone, and geo location are just a couple of those settings that I have noticed.  Anyway, as described above, there is no 'need' to use the intial setup page as it just has some common settings gathered on one page for ease.  If you do want to access it again, you can just go to http://<your fpp ip>/initialSetup.php.   Pay attention to capitalization as it matters.

Today is Sunday August 13, 2022??

The image I "burned" onto the SD card was v5.5; however the responses I'm
seeing on the HDMI display attached to the PI report the image is v5.3???

Are you sure that it isn't reporting the OS version as 5.3? FPP software version 5.5 runs on OS version 5.3 (I know this is confusing, and that is why they changed the OS naming convention in version 6.x)

Is this just when it first boots up? Does it fix itself after it has been running for a minute or so?
If it doesn't fix itself, go to Help>System Health Check and post a screenshot of the results.
