On Pi-3B rev 1.2 and FPP rel 6.1.1

Trying to upgrade to 6.2 but cannot open Help/About to upgrade, nor Developer page to rebuild or ??

Any suggestions (Don't want to reimage...not easily accessable.

Edit:    Hmmm!   If there is a issue maybe a new image would work best.   Yes, imaging while watching football works.
