F16v3 ports not working past port 4

Same here. Purchased all 7 of them in 2011.  Had to use them at 512 to get every channel I could.

In any case, they are still going strong.  Unfortunately they are becoming less and less useful due to the limited number of universes compared to newer (Falcon, Kulp, etc.) controllers.
