Going thru and getting my xLights setting so they match what I actually have instead of changing color order and direction after uploading. It looks like there is two options of where you can setup color order. You can set it in controller connection part and the string connection part. Does it mater where I set it?  If I set it in the string portion does that mean I can have different on the same port?

Setting it up with the string, I think you would end up with a "virtual string" for the second string and it can have color order and direction different from the first string.
