Singing faces extra pixels?

My singing lights, depending on the sequences, develop a cold sore. I have a total of 9 sequences, two of them throw in an extra pixel around the mouth area of both my singing props. For example The O throws one on the inside. I've double checked my faces and they do not have that pixel selected. Re render, but the thing is still there. It's not that big of a deal, but it's going to bother me. The seven other sequences do not do this. Anyone know what I can check?

An example. 77 node is not selected, but yet its lit up?

Sounds like another prop may have that channel also identified.  Have you run channel overlap test in xlights layout?

Overlap check shows nothing in red. I found what's somewhat causing it. If I create a new sequence and add the faces it's perfectly fine. If I then go to my completed sequence, highlight the faces, Ctrl+c to copy, click into my newly created sequence and paste it in, it follows. Even if I delete the model out and bring it back, that extra node now lives there forever. Worked fine until I pasted that in.
