A question on the dual receivers.  Can I daisy chain them.  So I have an F48V4.  Can I go from Port 1-4 on the F48 to a dual receiver and have that 1-4 a and 1-4b  and then come off of that receiver to another dual smart receiver and have that as 1-4c and 1-4d.,  I guess I'm confused on if and how to daisy chain the dual smart receivers and the settings.  I'm assuming in my above scenario the first dual receiver would be set as A and the second dueal receiver would be set at c???

If you are having packet loss to one device, most likely a bad cable.  Using a store bought cable, plug a laptop directly into the Falcon ethernet port and ping from there.  Some of the v4 series has had some firmware issues involving network connectivity, but this is not impacting the V3 series.   You should go back to firmware 2.59 and stay there.

If you are sending the show data over WIFI, you can expect poor performance.  If you really need to use WIFI, then I would go with the MultiSync setup and load the show files onto the remote(s).  Then, all the player is sending out are sequence start and timing commands which WIFI can handle with ease.

Yes.  You can adjust the sound levels several ways.  I would consider doing it in the lead in and lead out section of the playlist.  Instead of adding a sequence, add a fpp command.

F4v3 Pixel Controller / F4v3 losing connection.

I have an F4v3 that is having ethernet issues.  I have tried multiple cables, I went from 2.59 back to 2.55.
Any thoughts on this, it seems to run for a bit with like 50% ping packets, then just stops until I reboot.

FPP version 4.1 (I know that's very old, but just haven't had the time and have been too scared to upgrade in case something bad went wrong).  
Xlights version 23.10

The longer you stay on the older version, the tougher it will be to upgrade.  As a general IT rule you never ever want to be more than two version behind, and you are past that.  If you need help upgrading the forum is here.

yes it is when i manually run the play list.
I made 3 test sequences, and set them to play on repeat.

nothing shows up on the remote.  i will try unicast, and report back.
