Has anyone else ordered p5 panels from ray wu? I picked up a couple boxes this year but none of them work. I've been back and forth with them on it to the point where I sent back 4 panels for them to test.

After extensive testing they got them working but can't seem to put into instructions how. They sent me a .hex file and a color light config file but no instructions or software on what to do with this hex file.

If you've ordered from them or know how to load a hex file into a p5 panel please let me know
 Thx all.

Is the file Ray sent you have a filename ending in .rcvbp ?
If so, that is a LED Vision config file.
Using LOR (mostly SuperStar) for all sequencing - using FPP only to drive P5 and P10 panels.

I do have that file for the color light card but it still doesn't work.

They sent a hex file which I can only assume is a chip flash file for the panel itself. But I don't know what software is used to flash a chip on a p5 panel.
