F16v3 Expansion bad resistors

Question, I have some corrosion on my F16v3 Expansion board. Several ports aren't working. I checked the resistors with a little corrosion and noticed one of the pins was corroded all the way through.

Is there a part number that I can order new ones?  Should I change out the Chips as well?

Port 1, 2, 4, 9, 10, 13, 15 are the ones with issues and the bad resistor is # 5
