Video uploads not working.

Good morning all.   I am trying to upload a video.  It says it uploads fine, but the duration is unknown.   Other uploads are ok.  I am not sure what I am doing wrong.   I tried different file formats as well.   any thoughts?

Without more information on the video, it is hard to tell. But this is usually due to an encoding issue. 
What kind of file?
What is the encoding?
You can run it through Handbrake to re-encode it.
Or if you are on ver 8.1 you could view the Video Info from the file manager.

I use adobe media encoder and just use the default H.264.  The same as I do every year.  It's an .mp4.     I also tried MOV.   I can try handbrake.  Haven't used it before, but I'll give it a shot.
