Xlights > F16V2-R > LOR display

Hi everyone
I'm a french user of a LOR display ( ok that 2 bad points for me :p ) and for 2017 I want to use smarts leds.
Since I have test Xlights i falling in love with this software because he is more simple to use than Showtime  Sequencing.
Actually my display is composed by :
2 CTP16PC
6 CMB24
2 CCR


If I switch the LOR display in DMX and add a F16V2-R  is the setup below correct ?

That set up is correct . The f16v2-r will run the lor controllers in dmx mode. You can even set the jumpers so you don't need a crossover cable. You can also add a raspberry pi v3 and Fpp software to the mix and eliminate the computer. The new f16v3 that is coming soon will also have built in wireless.

Did you know what kind of network did I have to configure in Xlights for the LOR display ?

I used this video.  Basically you have to add the LOR universe to the E1.31 page (I recommend Universe 1) then in Serial Outputs you need to put your info in there to make that universe go out the particular port.  Don't use Serial Port 1, it does Pixelnet also.. I used Port 2.
