HELP - Panels Blown or PocketScroller messed up

I was playing with my new P5 Panel setup today (4 P5's 64x32) and when I did a channel/panel test, there was a sound and one of the 7.5a fuses blew.  I have ordered replacement panels from WiredWatts just in case.  

the left 2 panels (Viewed from the front) do not work except for a brief second when doing the test, the right 2 panels just give a garbled mess for the test, no pattern, just red pixels 'jittering'.

Did I blow a board, or the PocketScroller?

Not sure what is damaged but do a 1 output at a time, 1 panel at a time test to see what is working.
I don't know what the current of 4 panels works out to but I suspect that it would be higher than 7.5A for 4 panels.
Check that you haven't got input and outputs swapped on any of the panels.

Ok, I have received a new PocketScroller board and 4 more panels.  I also have reflashed the sd card with FPP 7.5 for BBB. 

I still have crazy items on a panel and I have no clue where to turn to now.

This more back to your original post.  How are you powering the panels?  As I recall, I am using 5 amp fuses and with the P5 matrix, each panel is separately fused.  For the P10 matrix, each pair of panels is fused together (using the Y cables that came with them).  I can't say that I have ever measured the current with a P5 or a P10 in full white, but I do know that two P5 panels would blow the fuse.  Makes sense since there are four times as many pixels.

Second, you said this is a four panel P5 matrix.  How are you wiring the data?  Are you using multiple outputs from the scroller, four separate outputs, or two outputs each driving two panels?
In my case (in the past, changing in 2024), my P5 matrix is six panels with each panel directly connected to the PocketScroller.  The P10 matrix is 12 panels with three outputs each driving four panels.  For 2024, the P10 matrix is going to become 24 panels and will be using a ColorLight to drive it with each of the eight outputs driving three panels.

And do some testing with only one panel powered and only that one panel connected to the scroller.  Make sure it does or does not work.  Repeat for each panel and each scroller output.

I have some other issues that I will post later I am working on this one panel at a time.  I have downloaded the Matrix plugin for FPP and when I do text, it splits it in 1/2.

Can anyone assist here with my P5 Panels?  I am kind of stuck

My first guess is that the settings for the panels do not match the actual panels.  In particular the scan setting.
You said you were testing with a single panel (32 x 64 P5 according to your earlier posts), but that is not what is shown in the photo.

I did change to 2wx3h. I am so new in setting up the P5 panels I just don't know what to do.  I am so very lost in this world

I would suggest either a remote session (Teamviewer, VNC, Zoom) which I am happy to do this evening (at work now), or you can get into the Falcon Zoom Room and someone should be able to help.  If you want me to remote in, I will be available after about 1830 Pacific time.  Let me know.  I am running 3w x 2h P5 matrix using a PocketBeagle and PocketScroller so very close to what you are running.  I should have no trouble with your setup.
