Falcon srx1 psu problem

So I have two matrix panels that I am trying to use for "tune to signs" and pixel strings on my fence and as soon as I put power to my ammo boxes with my falcon srx1 psu's on LRS-350's the matrix panels come on immediately and twinkle white all the time with no sequence running. And the fence light don't run sequences properly. When I hit the test button on the srx1's everything works as it should with all 4 test patterns. Matrix's and fence strings work great for the test functions. So I am pretty sure it's a setting issue or something else. 
I am running off of a falcon f16v4 a receiver chain of 5. I am aware of the pixel sharing. And I am under 700 pixel on all ports. 
Can anyone direct me in the right direction.

Yes they did and it was a really fast response! I only posted it here because it was a falcon product. And I'm new to the forum stuff. Didn't know anyone would get hurt. I'll stick to Auschristmaslighting from now on.
