Hi All,
I hope we all find ourselves well. Quick question I have some spare 2 metre 3 core Ray Wu extension cables for my 12v pixels but usually make my own custom lengths and I need a 6 metre run so can I join 3 extensions together or is this a no no .

Regards Discoeye

If soldered together well, should work fine.

Thanks for the reply, these are the extensions that have a male at one end and a female at the other so  I was thinking plug them in together to one length .

Ray Wu has 4 meter extensions, not sure about longer, I have 1,2,4 meter extensions, love them, dont forget to use dielectric grease on the connectors, just added precaution...

Thanks, so really my question is can I join my 3 extension cables together to make the 6 metres or is that a no no .

I don't see why not, I do this sort of stuff all the time.  I also have 6m and 7.6m extensions and often join 2-3 of them together to make a really long extension.

When I put snowflakes on my roof I use a 20ft and a 5ft to get up to the first snowflake.  I said when, because the only way snowflakes get on my roof is if my grandson comes over and does it.  sigh
