Reboot controller question

I have one controller in my show that is flaky and it currently has me stumped. Until I can figure out the issue, I would like to implement a script that will reboot the controller at the completion of each song on the playlist. Any suggestions on the best way to go about this? I know how to handle the actual reboot of the controller and I am comfortable with programming, I just need to determine was the best way to trigger this action from FPP.  Any suggestions?

That was easier than I expected.  Just a command preset when a sequence stops that calls a script.  No help needed.  Thanks!
