ColorLight Card Setup Issue in LEDVision

I have a 4wX3h p5 matrix board with a new ColorLight card I am trying to get setup to run from my FPP on my pi.  When I first set it up, I followed a video by Jeff at Canispater Christmas, everything was displaying fine on the board, I could see the RGB colors and the cursor moving around.  But when I saved the configurations to the device, the panel went black.  I have gone back through the setup multiple times trying different configurations and nothing will bring it back.  All I get is the first column of pixels will show if I do a screen test.  If I try to go back through the Intelligent Setting wizard, I see all the panels lighting up as usual, but when I get to the end, it goes right back to nothing being displayed.  I also connected the pi up and was able to get the same column of pixels to come on while in test mode.

Can anyone give me any pointers on how to get it back?  Is there a way to set the Colorlight card back to factory settings?
