What am I doing wrong, I need a computer wiz. My upload output is not connecting..

falcon upload input failed. unable to connect.

I've replaced the ethernet cable 3 times     3 different ones.

Did you mean to post this in the F16v1 section?  Can you confirm which Falcon model you have?

It might be your network configuration. How about an explanation of your show? Screenshots of your Controller's Network settings, and your controller's page in xLights. (Screenshots and not pictures please)

I'm trying to configure network, and then upload output to main controller to falcon f16v3

I will be using laptop to run show when I get all the bugs worked out.

Anyone live near Placerville, Ca that can help?

To take a screen shot in Windows type in the search window "snip" without the quotes and select snip and sketch.  That tool is so useful I pinned it to my task bar.
