Lights not turning off

I have an F16v4 (with one local expansion board - with nothing on it yet).  For some reason, after my show ends, one of my channels doesn't seem to want to turn off at night - it stays on in whatever configuration the lights were in when the show ends.  All other channels do turn off and work just fine.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

The F16v4 has an issue with firmware build 27 that the lights do not turn off at times.  Have you upgraded to firmware build 30 yet?

Yes.  The board is on build 30.

There were a few reports last season of v4 series not shutting off lights at times.  Most user feedback was that firmware build 30, upgrading to the latest version of FPP 7, and xLights resolved.  If you are up to date, you may need to reach out to Falcon support.  Most prior issues were the lights were freezing and they did not unfreeze until the controller was rebooted.

If you can manually play another song, and the lights go off and play correctly, you might want to look at your sequence programming for that string.  If you have effects playing past the end of the song, that can cause issues sometimes.
