Live video with xLights and Falcon Controllers

Is there a way to include a live video feed to a matrix with xLights, FPP and Falcon controllers?

You can use the FPP Video Capture plugin with some network streams if you can get the live video to work with that.  The Video Capture plugin can display video from a network webcam onto a matrix.
