not working

Hi , friend has a f16v5 and its not working , have 12v on it and all we get is red lights on outputs and no led screen working at all

Is this a new board? 

LED screen not working is doesn't mean the controller isn't working. Are you able to get to the controller in a browser?

Does the V5 have an input voltage switch? How is it set?

I think the lights on the outputs means the fuses are working. I'm sure someone will chime in soon with more details. You and your friend should join the xlights zoom room and you could get sorted pretty quickly.
