pot vs E1.31 settings

Really confused, new F16v3 trying to configure it to work with LOR. prop has 24 strings of 260 pixels each, see pics for what LOR has vs port and E1.31 and port settings. can't get them all to agree, hence prop not displaying properly yet LOR preview is fine

It is a F16v3 with a SRx2 attached
