SRx1 Not Working

I have a F16V5 with a SRx2 V4 (reg fuses) in ports 17-20 expansion port and a SRx1 V5 (efuse) in expansion ports 25-28.  Initial boot up works fine but after about 15-20 seconds all the efuses on the SRx1 light up and i lose wifi connection to the F16V5 controller.  All ports on the F16 and SRx2 work fine but nothing works on the SRx1.  Before losing wifi I get an error that there is a smart controller detected thats not configured.   If I unplug the SRx1 and reboot the F16 wifi works fine but as soon as I plug in the SRx1 I will lose wifi.  This is very repeateable.   I have changed ethernet cables several times, updated firmware, unplugged all the ports with no success.  After initial configuration of the F16 through xlights everything tested fine.  It was not until the show started when the issue popped up and will not resolve itself.
