I have a case of these LED Panels at a great price.
I have tried searching for software that supports these chip sets.
LED Vision has the Driver but not the Decoder.
I now have the panel connected to ColorLight 5A-75E Receiver and a Pi-4 running FPP V9.5.
The display is scrambled and to me it's the Decoder issue.
Is there a way to set the Driver/Decoder chip sets for FPP?
Attached is an image of the display.
The colors change and all that.
You cannot view this attachment.

You need to supply a lot more information than this.  How did you define the panel in the color light card?  How did you define the matrix or a single panel in FPP?  What is the model and panel type of these panels?  Just saying you have a LED panel hooked up to a color light card means very little.  That's like saying I need spark plugs for my car and giving no further information than that.

I am really a noob noobier noobest with panels but I thought that was the task for the colorlight.

@timl You have to get a perfect image from your computer on ledvision before you try to do anything with FPP.

I found that these driver chips require the PWM firmware on the ColorLight 5A-75A card.
Version 9.80 currently.
I am now able to get the image I expected on the panel.
I'm still trying to work out why I get a little flicker every now and again.

The drivers are ICND2153 and the Decoders are TC7262 (Set to 138 Decoder seems to work).
I used LED Upgrade to install PWM-9.80 to get the display to display anything at all.
I setup "Screen Size and Count Settings" to 128X64.
On the "Receiver Parameter" page it shows the module size of 128W×32H, not sure why and would like to know.
When I do "Intelligent Settings" all screens work as expected until I get to Routing and there is only 32 Rows, somewhere I heard that is normal (YouTube?).

The display when showing the default display occasionally flickers.

I have tried several DCLK settings and the fastest that works seems like 15.6Mhz and down to 5.0Mhz still works.
Same with GCLK but I still get the same image with a setting up to 25.0Mhz
I have tried from 0-500 for blanking and it seems to have no effects. Larger values seem to dim the screen.
Receiver Mapping is also set for 128X64

Anther issue I have is when I add a second module both screens display the same thing.
I remember in some video that was talked about it but I can't find where.

The next step is FPP.

You need to fix that before moving onto FPP
