Kiosk mode touchscreen

I believe the kiosk mode exists but I'll be damned if I can find anything about how to set it up. Same for touchscreen setup. 
I just want a big buttons display on a touchscreen.

As I recall, it was a separate image download.  However on a quick look, I don't see it there on the GitHub download page.
Using LOR (mostly SuperStar) for all sequencing - using FPP only to drive P5 and P10 panels.

Never had any reason to know that, just old memory.  That does explain why I did not find a separate image.

You have to set system to advanced mode and then scroll to the bottom to enable Kiosk
