I have a picap-v2 and everything seems to be setup correctly. My ask is pretty simple to start with :)
I have a string of 100 WS2811 on port 1 and another string of 100 WS2811 on port 2.
Falcon player is version 9.4. I have it connected to my wireless network and have no errors showing up.
My issue is that neither sets of lights will light up even in test mode. I am pretty sure it is some simple configuration that I have wrong.
What information do you need to assist in the initial setup?
TIA

RU using an external Power Supply and at what voltage?

Did you connect a USB PS to the FPP.  If so remove it.  remember that the 5v rail does not have a diode to protect the board.  Make sure your + is on the correct terminal.

Did you configure the ports to have pixels on them?
If to err is human, I am more human than most people.

Check the wiring to make sure that your pixel strings are wired correctly.  Keep in mind that pixel strings are directional and you need to have the Pi-Cap is connected to the input side of the string.  If it is connected to the output side, nothing will light up.  You can see the input side on the nodes themselves by looking at the circuit board inside.  The data terminal (usually in the middle) will usually show DI, DO, or nothing at all.  I have yet to find a bullet node (if that is what you are using) that does not have the data input side marked as DI.  Some mark the output side as DO but some leave that side blank.  As Poporacer said, make sure that the Pi-Cap is configured for the nodes that you a connecting to it and that the PI-Cap in Enabled.  It is easier that you think to miss that rather large enable check box in the upper left hand side of the configuration screen, LOL.  Also, make sure that the PI-Cap is running at the voltage of your nodes.  The Pi-Cap can run on either 5 or 12 volts and that voltage needs to be the same as the voltage your nodes require.  If you are running the Pi-Cap with a 5V supply and your nodes are 12V, then they will not work and if you run the Pi-Cap at 12V and your nodes are 5V, you will cook the node string.
