I received my Falcon F48v4-NS last year and only used one of the receiver ports (1-4). This year I'm planning to use the controller for about half of my display. My problem is when I connect to receiver ports 1-4, I have no problems and get 4 data lights on the smart receiver 2.01. Using the same receiver and cable, when I attempt to plug into receiver port 7-12, no data lights or connection.
The controller is configured to 12 smart receiver chains (have also tried 8 smart receiver chains with no luck)
I am not daisy chaining and the selector wheel is still on 0
All of the receiver switches are up in the on mode.

I've looked thru the manual several times and checked online post to no avail

Hopefully someone can help with my problem. Thanks

I don't understand what you are saying.  What do you mean by port 7-12?  Are you talking about the RJ45 jacks 7 thru 12?  A screen shot of your F48's output configuration would be helpful.  Remember that each RJ45 has 4 ports on it so if you are referring to RJ45 number 7, that would be ports 25, 26,27, and 28 so if those ports are not configured on the F48, you will not see any data going to them or any data lights on the smart receiver.

Sorry for the confusion with my terminology. Yes, I'm talking about RJ45 number 5 (port #17-20) thru RJ45 12 (port #45-48). I use Xlights for the F48 configuration of my props. After your post I moved the props I had configured on RJ45 1 (port #1-4) to RJ45 5 (port #17-20) using the visualizer and the receiver worked. I had tried this before but maybe I didn't upload to the controller after or hit save. Anyway, simple fix for something that had given me grief. Thanks for the help!
