Is there an api for controlling efuses? Specifically being able to turn each individual one on and off

HeyRay2

I recently ordered a V5 and was looking for details on an API for accessing the e-fuses as well.

All I could find so far were these bash scripts that can be run from FPP:

However, it looks like the end of each script references the URL "https://{f16v5-ip-address}/api", so it looks like there is an API URL that can receive commands.

I'll post back here once I have the V5 in my hands for testing.

HeyRay2

Another thread on this forum confirming there is a single API entry point at "http://{f16v5-ip-address}/api", but the query arguments and return responses are quite cryptic:

HeyRay2

My F16V5 arrived and I started tinkering with the API and found it a bit cryptic and tedious, so I created a Python script to make working with the e-fuses more simple:

I am planning on making other tweaks and adding features over time, but for now the script will let you do the following for one fuse, a set of fuses, or all fuses:

- Show the status of a fuse
- Turn on / turn off a fuse
- Reset a tripped fuse
