Transition Issue warning

When checking my sequence I get a transitions warning on several different models all occurring at the same time mark 3:46.100 .  I am unsure as to what the issue is.  Any ideas?

This is just a warning, but it is because your transitions (in and out) are longer than the actual effect so one will override the other and might not be the effect that you want.
