PI 4b wont display higher resolution properly

As part of the show I put on, we use a projector to show some sing-a-long videos. This year we are trying to use a new laser projector. The new projector has a native resolution of 1920x1200. When I try to play videos that are of that resolution from the Pi, there is glitching and distortion on the bottom of the image. Videos of lesser resolution play just fine. The 1920x1200 videos display just fine on the computer and only have issues when being output from the PI. I've tried multiple PI's and different cables just to make sure that none of those were the issue. Online says that a PI 4 can display up to 4k, but these are really struggling to display this resolution.

Attached are two videos with the 1920x1200 resolution and one with 1920x1080. How it is displaying on the TV is exactly how its displaying on the projector.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this issue? If we have to revert to a lower resolution we can, but we would prefer to fix this problem if possible.
