I am running a Raspberry Pi4 with falcon v5 software I am having trouble configing my Sandevice E682 controller. Pi4 ETH0 is 10.0.1.100 Sandevice controller ip is 192.168.1.206. How do i config the controller to be seen by the Pi4?
Those two devices are not on the same IP subnet. Change the E682 to an address on the 10.0.1.x subnet or change the Pi to some address on the 192.168.1.x subnet.
On the SanDevices controllers, you must specify Unicast vs multicast, so make sure that matches the format used by the Pi.
How did the Pi4 get that address? If that is an address on you home network I would change it to the 192.168.1.x network. The wifi of the Pi4 should be configured to be on your home network and that is how you should access it unless you are going to run all connections thru a switch. What else will be on your show network config?
