I've heard that fpp can run a FM transmitter?
I'm wondering about the settings?
What tab that are under and such.

There is a FPP plugin to directly configure the Vast FMT212R and Si4713 ICs, but FPP does not have any FM transmitter built in. If you install one of the FM transmitter plugins, you should have new menu entries to get to the new web page(s) for the plugin. There is another plugin that Dan was working on to allow FPP to control the Open Hardware design being worked on. I bought my FM transmitter from wired Watts their web page said that I should have settings to adjust an fpp to control it.

Yeah, the Si4713/FMT212R plugin is what you are looking for to use a FM transmitter on one of the Kulp capes.
