Title: FSEQ and ESEQ spec
Post by: ruckustboom on November 13, 2017, 12:23:16 PM
This question seems to have been asked before, but reference links appear to be broken. I was wondering if there is any documented specification for the FSEQ and ESEQ formats? I'm messing around with a personal Java program to create custom effects/sequences, but I can't seem to find anything beyond the XLights source code.

The ESEQ format is in the docs directory on github and on the Pi/BBB in /opt/fpp/docs

The FSEQ format is attached to this post as a .doc file.  I plan on converting this to a text file and adding it to the docs directory as well but haven't got to it yet.

Is there an undated version for fpp 2.0?  I'd like to be able to export from a project I am working on.

Thanks,
Chris

FPP 2.x plays FSEQ 1.x files.

Thank you.  I hope you don't mind if I ask some questions about it if I have them.
