Hmm you may have to uninstall and reinstall the plugin. I saw this happen when I did a os upgrade and only restored the configuration.

Sorry for the delay, I've pushed an updated for the plugin. Try updating the plugin in FPP and let me know if that works.

Thanks!
Working great over here!  Thank you so much for this!
So I think we may have a problem.. My start time works properly, but the end time of the show doesn't seem to stop on time using hard stop or graceful isn't successful. Anyone else having this issue with 5.4.1 and BRP installed?

Hmm I played around with it tonight and it seems to be following the schedule for me. I'll keep looking into it though there is probably a new state that I'm not seeing

Same here, on 5.3 when somebody uses the app, FPPD skips right over the stop time. Caught me by surprise the first couple of times but now that I know, I keep an eye on the stop time. Restarting the FPPD fixes it.

When this happens, check the scheduled end time in the UI and see if it is still correct.  If it is not, then it probably is related to a bug that was recently fixed in the master code branch.

Yep, my end time shows Dec 31 at 4 am. Argh, I hate doing updates at this time of year. Everything else is working great. I'll likely wait until after Christmas.

Good to know you found the root cause of the problem!

Hi again,

I updated to 6.2 and reinstalled the plug-in. The service starts running, but it doesn't provide a Web address. Over the last two years, viewers have loved the ability to pick the next song. Any chance you could look into this over the next few days?

Yep of course, I'll get a fix out soon!

Progress, I'm now seeing the URL.  :) However, I'm not seeing the sequence or song list when I open the link.

It's working now. Thank you! Tonight was the first night of my show, and I already had people asking for it. I'll put up the sign with the QR code tomorrow, and I'm sure it'll get a lot of use over the few weeks.

Glad it is working!
It is nice to easily add the ability for viewers to vote for what song they want to listen to. I've built a box with a led strip inside to light up a QR code in our own yard for our light show - seems to work fairly well.

If you ever get into a situation where you lose your private key for your printed QR code, feel free to PM me and I'll see if I can't find your private key, so you don't have to change your sign.

I did flash my pi to the latest version of fpp (v6.2) and it did work, but I noticed a few bugs (like the current status wasn't showing) and saw it could be organized a bit better. Anyway feel free to update the plugin to see those changes, otherwise it should function the same.

Thanks again! It seemed to have trouble picking up the playlist last night, but it's working OK now. It's great to see the current status displayed. I've saved my new private key, and if I remember where it is when I reflash the FPP, I'll use it. :)

Here's ( https://www.dropbox.com/s/0xan3ph8ggf8765/QR%20Codes.jpg?dl=0) my simple QR code solution - "pick the next song" at the top and a link for food bank donations at the bottom. Because of my setup, many people come out of their cars and onto the driveway to see the show. Or if the weather is nasty, someone runs out of the car and snaps the QR code. With now 40 songs in my playlist, people seek it out.

Is there an option to self host or does it have to use your base url?
