Hello,

having an issue with my controller. I have a F16V3 Pixel Controller - Ready to Run - Pigtail Type : xConnect (Falcon/HC), Voltage : 12V, and when I try and connect to the controller it says timed out. Not sure how to fix this issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a typical web browser can't find the device error (see below), or is the timeout coming from the controller?
-----------------------------------------
The connection has timed out
The server at 192.168.12.25 is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
-----------------------------------------
It sounds like a network communication error.  V3s are prior generation, so have you had this controller a while, or is it new/new to you?

What is the IP address of the F16V3 controller? (The LCD on the controller should show you what the IP address is)

What is the IP address of the device your trying to connect from?

How are the two devices connected?  Are you taking a patch cable and plugging the laptop(?) directly into the F16V3, or do you have them both plugged into a switch?  Which RJ-45 port are you connecting to on the F16V3?
