FALCON IDLE

Hello all,
Our Falcon F16v3 was working but quit last night.  I am unable to ping it from the laptop.  The OLED shows 192.168.1.50 as the IP address (static) and the eth LED lights are green and amber.  Laptop IP is 192.168.1.30.  I've done a factory reset and upgraded the firmware on the controller with an SD card to v2.59.  The controller appears to be working, the OLED says it is idle even when the show is running.  Any help is appreciated.

First suspect will always be the CAT5 cable. Try a new one or test the one you have if you have a tester.

Thank you for the suggestion, we did already try multiple cat5 cables and have a tester to test them with.
