SD Card

I just received my PI yesterday with the sd card with NOOBS installed on it. Probably know the answer to this but want to be sure. Since it has NOOBS on it there is there any thing else that I have to do to it? Is it necessary to format and reinstall NOOBS?

Here are the instructions for the SD Card. I did not use the one that came with my Pi, but you can. Hope this helps.
