This topic was brought up over in the Official Support group on FB and I thought I would bump the question here.

With Smartthings recently moving to an open API integrations implementation, are there existing or plans to open up FPP to integration into configurable API calls?   Probably not a great need for it but would definitely open up this hobby with smart home integrations which is a big segment and growing every day.

There is already a SmartThings plugin for FPP ( https://github.com/joeharrison714/fpp-smartthings-plugin ) which is in the default list of installable plugins.   I have no idea if it still works or not.   I don't have any smartthing things.    The HomeAssistant plugin may also be usable in conjunction with the SmartThings setup in HA if you use HA.
