error message in 7.4 on video upload

error message in 7.4 after I uploaded a video file:error message:

[color=var(--bs-heading-color)]File Move Error[/color]

ERROR: Couldn't find file ' Master Carol bells.mp4' in upload directory.

I've tried several approaches but can't get this file upload.  It does the "green" bar upload, then this error message comes up.  In the file manager "upload" I can see the file but can not place it in the "video" file manager.  This is the only file of 40+ that will not load in FPP.  I even used 'Hand Break' to re-format the file, no luck!

RPI: version 4; 127 GB micro SD, Latest FPP version 7.4

UPdate!

I uploaded the file, got the error message again; then opened the upload tab selected the file; downloaded to my computer; back to video tab in file manager; dragged and dropped the recent downloaded file.......no error message!

Go figure!
