setting up p10 panels no way to set arrows

I am trying to set up a 2x3 p10 panel. I have enabled led panel output, set the panel layout to 2x3, set single panel size as 32x16, and top left for start corner. Set the start channel (channel count is WAY off??) I can set my o-1 and p-1 settings but where there is supposed to be an arrow to set the physical layout of the panel, there is a spot for an arrow but the arrow has mysteriously disappeared? I have reloaded the bbb twice now (emmc) thinking maybe something was corrupt but it does the same thing. I can set the entire FPP up with the exception of there are no arrows.

I agree.  Strange how the arrow shows in the text but not on the layout.  try clicking where the arrow should be.  Does anything change.  Channel count is off!

good idea! I didn't think about that. I normally use mozilla. This is getting strange. I can see arrows on my other p10 panel setup BUT on this setup I still don't see no arrows

I think this is probably a javascript error.  Can you check the javascript console in your browser and see if there are any errors listed?  I'm wondering if it is something to do with your hostname with spaces in it, but that's just a guess.

1. changed name to P10_2x3 and tried all 3 browsers...still no arrows....
2. logged into my other p10 panel which is a 4x5 and I can see the arrows on all 3 browsers...
this tells me it is something to do with either bbb/fpp/octoscroller that is attached to smaller p10 panel...not sure what it's telling me?

what can I do/check now?

Would the apache2-error.log in FPP have any data?

That URL for the arrow image is set using Javascript.  I think that there would be an error message in the JavaScript console log.  If you hit F12 in Chrome, it will bring up the debugger.  Look in the 'Console' tab and see if there are any errors listed there.

I doubt there would be anything in the apache error log unless the SD is corrupt and the files just don't exist.  That is one thing to check though.  In the Logs tab of the FPP File Manager, you can click on the apache2-error.log file and look at the tail end of it to see if there are any errors listed that might be relevant.

wow yall just went about 20 stories above my head with all that!! lol...I finally got back to this project and reinstalled fpp...now I have all my arrows back...guess the "4'th" time was the charm...now I'm about to pull my hair out trying to get the panel running...I can make pretty patterns but they are not even close to what t hey are supposed to be!! Guess I am going to have to get a video and upload it...maybe someone way smarter than me can assist with getting these panels running....I am at the point of throwing them in storage and forgetting about them for this year...
