Hey All...

On the F16v3 can someone remind me what it means when you're in "Output Settings"/"String Ports" and you see ++ Between "Type" and "Desc"?  I've gotten myself totally confused by it..... :-[

Have hovered your mouse pointer over each on the plus'.  On is for virtual strings and one if for using a smart receiver.  If you configure stuff in xlights and upload you should not have to touch either of those.

Thanks Jim,

Well...due to my odd setup which we've talked about before I don't upload from XL....I do it manually....  Didn't know about the hover/tell.  So in my case what does having the ++ indicate?  Sorry...but you know how it goes with my pea brain....Haha...

Has nothing to do with uploading from xlights.  If you can see that ++ then you can put your mouse over each one to see what it says.  Just for grins you can click one and things will change, but the + then becomes a - and you can click that and it will go back to what it was.  I don't use them so no help other than that from me.
