Is it possible to play 2 sequences at the same time?
I have made 2 sequences for to different channels on my controller.
When trying to play them at the same time only one lights up.

Should'nt I be able to do that?

I'm using a WLED version 0.14.0-b4 on the controller

Think there is a way to play effects and a sequence at the same time, but not two different sequences at the same time.

So I need have all channels I want to light up in the same sequence.

I guess I am not sure what you are trying to do.  FPP can only play one sequence at a time.  You might be able to create effect .eseq files for each prop, but I have never played with that feature and can't tell you much about it.  I have only seen others discuss it in the past.

Are the two sequences you are trying to play both musical or are one or both animation only?

I have no specific FPP info, but with LOR, as long as one is animation only, it's easy to do - I do it every night of the year with my year-round landscape lighting.  FPP may have a similar capability.

Sequence files contain entire display data.  You can't run one sequence telling the lights to turn on, and another telling them to be dark, as there is no traffic cop deciding which sequence wins.  I believe .eseq files are animation only files, and they only contain information on the model/prop.  I think you can run these separately, but again I have never used this feature.

Correct on having the same channels being controlled by two different sequences at the same time.  People forget that a channel that is always off is NOT the same as not being there.
However (at least with LOR), you can have two sequences running as long as they do not have any overlapping channels, and only one is a musical sequence.  I would assume FPP has something similar.  In my case, during my year round landscape lighting, the startup sequence turns on my front porch steps lights to a dim level.  The two normal show sequences do not have the porch steps lights in the sequences.  Under certain circumstances, one of a couple sequences that only control the steps lights, ramps the lights up for 45 seconds and then back to the dim state.  Works fine.

Pretty sure you can only run one .fseq sequence at a time on FPP.  I believe the .eseq files are stored in the "Effects" folder and handled differently.  Have seen the .eseq files called "Effect Sequences", but they are not the same as .fseq files.  That is all I can offer, and if you were smart you would ignore me.  :)

My santa sleigh is dual purpose and is setup as a remote.
People are allowed to sit in it for pictures and there is a touchscreen in the dash displaying pictures and a video if you touch it.
The pictures are part of an ESEQ file.

The sleigh also has LED strip lights under it and under the dash.
There is an ESEQ file for those when a show is Not Running.
When a show is running the show will start the FSCQ file/s and operate the LED's as an FSCQ overrides the ESEQ's.
When the FSEQ's are done, the ESEQ's restart....

Figured there was a way to do it in FPP.  Thanks for the info.
